Ms.Shamshad Kousar, as a pioneer Program Manager Scholarships working with BEEF since 1st Jan 2016. She tremendously contributed in placing a a strong footing of BEEF as a role model organization is flying high and achieving its utmost goals successfully.

Ms. Kousar is a dynamic lady widely-respected human rights and social activist bringing more than 17 years diversified development sector working experience with UN & International & national nonprofit & non-governmental organizations at senior management level positions.

Ms.Kousar, in her longer career received numerous awards including Balochistan success story award by then Prime Minister of Pakistan in 1998 at the occasion of SMEDA launching ceremony to focus on Women Development and entrepreneurship in Balochistan and Pakistan. She is a member of Civil Society working Group on GSP+, also member of joint working group of Civil Society and Women Working Group in Balochistan.

Ms.Kousar has done Masters in Rural Development from Wye College London through Sindh University Jamshoro in 1999; Masters in Philosophy from University of Balochistan; and LLB from Law College University of Balochistan.
