Description
Under partially funded scholarship schemes, Local/Domiciled students of Balochistan studying in educational institutions situated within Balochistan are eligible to apply in their respective academic classes starting from class 9 th Pass (Matric) till higher studies of MS/MPhil. Each academic class or level has its own Open Merit slots and 07% Special Quota slots for annual stipend at fixed rates explained below:-
SSC – Matric Class:
Students who have passed SSC Part-I (9 Class) and are currently enrolled in SSC Part-II (10th Class) can apply for scholarships if their names are listed in Provincial or District Open Merit list prepared from Annual Exam Result of SSC Part-I (9th Class) declared by BBISE or FBISE.
Intermediate (FA/FSc or Equivalent):
HSSC Part-I (1 Year):Students who have passed SSC II (Matric) and are currently enrolled in HSSC Part-I (1st Year) can apply for scholarships if their names are listed in Provincial or District Open Merit list prepared from Annual Exam Result of SSC Part-II (10th Class) declared by BBISE or FBISE.
HSSC Part-II (2 Year): Students who have passed HSSC-I (1 st Year) and are currently enrolled in HSSC Part II (2nd Year) can apply for scholarships if their names are listed in Provincial or District Open Merit list prepared from Annual Exam Result of HSSC Part-I (1 st Year) declared by BBISE or FBISE.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Documents:-
Local/Domiciled students of Balochistan having obtained marks NOT BELOW 60% in previous year annual exam and falling on BEEF Provincial or District Merit in Matric or Intermediate class should submit BEEF Scholarship Application Form (SAF) attested from current institutions attaching the following documents with the scholarship forms (SAF):
- Copy of Local/Domicile Certificate
- Copy of Self or Parent CNIC/B-Form
- Passport Size Photos
- Copy of Annual Exam Result/DMC of required class declared by BBISE/FBISE
*NOTE:
- Students availing other scholarships are not eligible to applyfor BEEF scholarship.
- At least 75% attendance in current class is mandatory.
- The eligible marks for BEEF scholarships are at least 60%and 45% for Special Quota.
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE Program):
Students of Balochistan currently enrolled in Technical Education for Diploma of Associate Engineering DAE (03 Years Program) are eligible to apply if the obtained marks in previous Year Exam are not less than 60% and are not availing any other scholarship.
Students meeting the eligibility criteria may submit BEEF Scholarship Form duly verified from Focal Person and/or Principal of the current institution of Technical Education and shall attach the following documents with BEEF Scholarship Form: –

Simple Graduation/Associate Degree (2 Years):
Simple Graduation/Associate Degree (2 Years): (ADA/ ADS/ADE/BSc/BA/B.Com or Equivalent).
Students of Balochistan studying in Simple Graduation or Associate Degree Program (2 years) in Degree Colleges of Balochistan can apply on the basis of previous year Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent) Annual Exam Result securing (at least 60% marks) and currently enrolled in ADA, ADS, ADE, B.Com, BA/BSc or equivalent. Merit will be decided amongst the submitted BEEF Scholarship Forms in each category as per allocated number of slots.
Students meeting the eligibility criteria may submit BEEF Scholarship Form duly verified from Focal Person or Head of the current institution (Degree College) and shall attach the following documents with verified BEEF Scholarship Form: –

BS (4 Years)/Professional Degree Programs (MBBS, BDS, BEMS, LLB, BBA, DPT & other 05 Years Programs).
Students of Balochistan who are currently enrolled in any of the 04- or 05-Years BS or Professional Degree Programs in universities and postgraduate colleges of Balochistan and having obtained CGPA not below 03 in required semesters and falling in Top-10 or Top-15 merit lists of the respective department are eligible to apply.
In this category the merit lists of top 10 or top 15 students of each department (Depending on the annual scholarship policy) are prepared by the concern University/Postgraduate colleges and forwarded to BEEF. Students whose name is not falling in respective institute merit list are not eligible.
The eligible students may submit BEEF Scholarship Forms duly verified by the Focal Person or Head of Department/Institution on following eligibility criteria: –

Masters (02 Years Program)
MastersPart-1
Scholarships for Masters Part-1 are awarded on the basis of Masters previous year 1st semester result (Not Below 03 GPA) declared by the institute and falling in Top-10 or Top-15 merit list of the respective department prepared and provided by the relevant institution.
MastersPart-2
Scholarships for Masters part-II are awarded on the basis of Masters previous year two (02) semesters result (Not Below 03 CGPA) declared by the institute and falling in Top-10 or Top-15 Merit list of the respective department prepared and provided by the relevant institution.
MS/MPhil(02 Years Program)
Students of Balochistan currently enrolled in MS/MPhil program are eligible to apply on the basis of MS/MPhil 1st semester result for first year scholarship and 2nd Semester CGPA for 2nd Year scholarship subject to falling in Top-05 Merit list of respective Department provided by the relevant institution with minimum 03 obtained GPA/CGPA.

Special Quota Scholarships – Under Partially Funded Schemes.
BEEF offers Special Quota Scholarships to needy and helpless students of Balochistan by giving relaxation in merit criteria down to 45% marks in annual systems and 2.5 GPA/CGPA in semester system in the below mentioned categories in all classes under Scholarship Scheme {A- Partially Funded Annual Scholarship Schemes (Within Balochistan)} Subject to providing the relevant Special Quota certificate/Documents.
(*The slots in Special Quota Category are limited and merit is decided amongst available Scholarship Forms in order of Top to Bottom merit list against the available slots in each category).

Scholarships for Students of other Provinces Enrolled in Balochistan / ROC.
In all classes from Matric to Intermediate, DAE, Simple Graduation, BS, Masters and MS/MPhil study programs under the scholarship scheme {A- Partially Funded Annual Scholarship Schemes (Within Balochistan)}, special slots are reserved for students of other sister provinces studying in Educational Institutions of Balochistan. Merit will be decided as per available scholarship Forms in each class against number of reserved slots.
In this category the students of sister provinces such as Punjab, Sind, KPK, AJK, Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad capital territory can apply for BEEF scholarships subject to fulfilling the following eligibility criteria: –
- Local/Domicile of the concerned province other than Balochistan.
- Must have secured at least 60% Marks in previous year Annual Exam or 03 GPA/CGPA.
- Currently enrolled in Balochistan Based Institutions.
- At least 75% attendance in current class is Mandatory.
- Students availing other scholarships (Amount of which is more than 50% of BEEF) are not eligible to apply for BEEF scholarship.
