Description:
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) Under the umbrella of Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) allocates around 460 slots of scholarships each year for the deserving students of Balochistan studying within the provincial institutions. The scheme covers Intermediate, DAE, ADA, ADS, Master and MS/MPhil levels of education detailing below: –

Eligibility Criteria for Intermediate and Graduation Levels
The student must have:
- Local/Domicile of Balochistan;
- Passed Matriculation or Intermediate Examination held in annual by the respective Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education;
- Scored at least 60% marks in the above mentioned examination;
- Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a fulltime student in the same year as of passing the examination;
- Passed these examinations from Government Institution of respective province;
- Monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs. 60,000/-
- Not availing any other educational scholarship during the respective academic year.
Eligibility criteria for Technical Education Scholarships
- Local/Domicile of Balochistan;
- Passed DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) examination conducted by BISE Quetta in annual;
- Secured at least 60% marks in the above mentioned examination;
- Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a full time student in the same year as of passing the examination;
- The prospective student may get enrolled in undergraduate/ diploma /certification programmein Balochistan OR
- Scholarships may also be awarded to the students of Balochistan who are enrolled in TEVTA/ Punjab administered institutions in undergraduate/ diploma /certification program;
- Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs. 60,000/-
- Not availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year.
Eligibility Criteria for Masters/MS/Mphil Program
- Local/Domicile of Balochistan;
- Secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA 2.5 in BA/ B.Sc./ B.COM/ BS/ BBA etc. in annual examination held in last three years of announcing the scholarship;
- Secured admission as a full time student in the current academic / degree year as of announcing the scholarship in a Public Sector University of Balochistan;
- Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs. 60,000/-
- Not availing any other scholarship for Master’s level studies.
Ineligible
- Marks improvers or students who have passed examination in supplementary session.
- Students who have passed the aforementioned examination with grace marks.
- Availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year.
- Beneficiary of Prime Minister Fee / any other fee reimbursement scheme / program.
- Students who have already passedMA / MSc / MS / MPhil etc. degree (for Master’s MS Program)
Note:
The prospective student, besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, must qualify the merit and need criteria as per allocated slot for each educational level
- For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories:
- Orphan Children
- Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4
- Children belonging to minority religion
- Special Children
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks
- The children of government employees of BPS 1 – 4 are exempted from income limit criteria if salary is the only source of income.
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempted from the monthly income limit of Rs. 60,000/-
