Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) as Public Sector Company registered under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 (The Companies Act, 2017) as “Not for Profit Company”.  Meetings of Board of Directors (BoD) are held regularly where policy decisions (Program and Operational achievements are shared with the Board ). Currently there are three (3) Ex – Officio Directors and  (4) Independent Directors in BoD of BEEF.

2. Secretary, Government of Balochistan, Schools Education Department ( Director ).
3. Secretary, Government of Balochistan, Colleges Higher & Technical Education Department( Director).
4. Mr. Junaid Fareed ( Independent Director )
5. Mr. Samiullah ( Independent Director )
