After a briefing by CEO BEEF , the Honorable Chief Minister of Balochistan appreciated BEEF efforts and further taken visionary initiative to boost healthy competition and reward hardworking students of Balochistan through awarding Fully Funded Annual Scholarships for the District Toppers (top-10 ) (Female 5 and male 5) for Matric Students of Balochistan under Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Fully Funded flag-ship Scholarships program for quality education. It shall be managed by Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF).

Beneficiaries:

1. 10 toppers of each district have passed out Matriculation from Government Institutions of Balochistan, the Annual Examination conducted and result 2025 declared by the Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) or Federal Board of Intermediate and Examination (FBISE).
2. Aspirant students must have studied from Balochistan based institutions.

Class Coverage:

• 2 years Intermediate or equivalent on the basis of result 2025 of Matriculation annual exams declared by BBISE/FBISE.

Annual Scholarships:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must have local/domicile of Balochistan.
2. Must have present & permanent address of Balochistan in CNIC.
3. Must have passed exam from Government Institutions of Balochistan and exam taken by Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) or Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE).
4. Must have secured at-least 60% marks and have attained position amongst top 10 in their respective district.
5. Must be enrolled in the next level / class in any institution of Pakistan preferably CoE of BEEF.
6. Must to maintain at-least 60% marks for continuation of scholarship.
7. Should not be availing any other scholarship including Directorate of Balochistan.
