The Government of Balochistan, through Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) and in collaboration with the Oxford Pakistan Programme (OPP), is proud to announce:

• Two Fully Funded Master’s Scholarships at the University of Oxford for the 2026 academic session.

This initiative reflects the Government’s firm commitment to empowering the youth of Balochistan through access to world-class education at one of the most prestigious institutions in the world — the University of Oxford.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must hold a domicile of Balochistan.
• Must secure unconditional admission in a Master’s program at the University of Oxford for the 2026 session.
• Must be a newly admitted student (already enrolled students are not eligible).
• Must apply through the Oxford Pakistan Programme portal after admission confirmation.

Scholarship Benefits

• Full tuition fee.
• Living expenses for the entire duration of the Master’s program.
• Support from Oxford alumni and mentors for the admission process.

Important Timeline (2025–2026)

• October 2025 – Oxford University Admission Applications Open.
• 15 January 2026 – Deadline to Apply for Oxford Admission.
• March 2026 – Oxford Admission Decisions (Confirmation Required).
• March 2026 – OPP Scholarship Applications Open.
• 15 April 2026 – OPP Scholarship Application Deadline.
• 30 May 2026 – Scholarship Award Announcement.
