Benazir Bhutto Graduate Scholarship for University of Oxford

The Government of Balochistan through BEEF, in collaboration with the Oxford Pakistan Programme (OPP), proudly presents the Benazir Bhutto Graduate Scholarship for University of Oxford. This initiative reflects the Chief Minister’s vision of empowering Balochistan’s youth through world-class education.

This prestigious scholarship provides full financial support, covering tuition fees and living expenses, for talented students of Balochistan to pursue graduate studies at one of the world’s leading institutions, the University of Oxford.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for the Benazir Bhutto Graduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Domicile Requirement: The applicant must be a resident of Balochistan.
  2. Secure Admission: Obtain an unconditional admission offer from the University of Oxford for the 2026 academic session.
  3. Enrollment Status: Be a newly admitted student. Applicants already enrolled at Oxford are not eligible.
  4. Program Focus: The scholarship is for graduate-level programs only. Undergraduate programs are excluded.
  5. Field of Study: Preference will be given to applicants in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.
Timeline:
  1. Oxford University admission applications open (October 2025)
  2. Application deadline for Oxford University (15 January 2026)
  3. Oxford University admission decision (March 2026) (Admission confirmation)
  4. Application opening for OPP (March 2026)
  5. Application closing date for OPP (15th April)

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Prepare Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents, including the admission offer, are ready for upload during the application process.
  2. Apply Online: Submit your application via the Oxford Pakistan Programme (OPP) online portal. The portal (www.oxpakprogramme.org) will open once Oxford’s 2026 admissions are confirmed. Applications in hard copy will not be accepted.
  3. Note: Applications cannot be submitted in the BEEF office. Only apply through the official OPP website.
