The Chief Minister’s Martyrs Memorial Fully Funded Scholarship Program is a landmark initiative launched by the Government of Balochistan under the visionary leadership of Honorable Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti. The program aims to provide world-class education to academically talented but underprivileged students from Balochistan, especially those from the province’s most remote and underserved districts.

This initiative is executed in collaboration with Sadiq Public School (SPS), Bahawalpur and financially facilitated by the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF).

KEY FEATURES OF THE SCHOLARSHIP

The Chief Minister’s Martyrs Memorial Fully Funded Scholarship provides comprehensive and all-inclusive support to selected students, ensuring they can pursue their studies at Sadiq Public School (SPS), Bahawalpur without any financial burden. The scholarship package includes the following components:

I. Academic Expenses

1. Full tuition fee from the date of admission until completion of schooling (Matric/O Levels & beyond, subject to academic performance).
2. Books, notebooks, stationery, and educational resources provided by the school.

II. Boarding and Lodging

1. Boarding facilities in SPS hostels with comfortable living arrangements.
2. Full meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) as per SPS dining standards.
3. Laundry and personal hygiene facilities.

III. Co-Curricular & Extracurricular Activities

Students are fully integrated into SPS’s vibrant co-curricular and extracurricular environment, which is critical for their holistic development. The scholarship covers participation in:

1. Horse Riding
2. Swimming
3. Scouting and Camping
4. Debates, Dramatics, and Declamations
5. Sports:Football, cricket, basketball, tennis, hockey, and more.
6. Music, Art & Crafts Clubs
7. Educational Excursions and Field Trips

All activity-based costs including kits, uniforms, training sessions, and travel (if required) are fully borne by the program.

IV. Medical Facilities

1. Complete healthcare coverageis provided at the SPS on-campus medical center.
2. Routine checkups, emergency medical care, and referrals to partnered hospitals are included in the plan.

V. Personal Stipend

1. Each scholar receives a monthly stipend for personal use such as toiletries, snacks, and minor expenses.
2. This stipend encourages personal responsibility and independence among students.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Residency: Applicants must belong to 11 targeted Districts of Balochistan holding valid Local/Domicile.
2. Age Limit: As per Sadiq Public School Policy
